This notice serves as a reminder for all employees on what is classed as mandatory training as per the Performance and Development policy.

Notice to All Employees

The modules in your Learning Path are mandatory for your role. Each role has a specific Learning Path, which must be completed within 12 months of joining the business. As you progress, you will transition into the Ongoing Training Learning Path, which must also be completed annually.

This e-learning, alongside your initial in-person training, forms your yearly mandatory training as outlined in the Performance and Development Policy.
